The friendliest conversion on this site
Both games run a 103 field of view, both are ability shooters, and both reward hitscan aim. The converted value tends to feel correct within a match or two, which is not something we can say for the CS2 conversions.
The real adjustment is time to kill. An Overwatch hitscan duel is a tracking exercise that lasts seconds; a Valorant duel usually ends with the first headshot. Widowmaker and Ashe players adapt fastest. Tracer mains have the most to unlearn, because nobody in Valorant moves like that.
Zoom sensitivity does not map one-to-one
Overwatch's relative zoom sensitivity and Valorant's scoped multiplier are calculated differently, so there is no single correct translation. Valorant's default 1.0 behaves close to the ~38 relative zoom that Widowmaker players commonly run for consistent flicks.
If you play noticeably above or below 38 in Overwatch, nudge the Valorant multiplier in the same direction and confirm against the cm/360 number above rather than by feel alone.
