Apex and CS2 both rotate 0.022 degrees per mouse count, so the same-DPI multiplier is exactly 1. Type your Apex sensitivity into CS2 and your 360 distance is identical. There is nothing to calculate.
So why does CS2 still feel slower the first evening? Because the games differ, not the mouse. Apex lets you push the field of view to 110 while CS2 is locked much narrower, so the same turn covers less of your screen and reads as sluggish. Movement is slower too, and nobody is sliding past you at Octane speed.
What you actually have to retrain
In Apex you spend most fights tracking a sprinting target through ADS, with a different sensitivity per optic. CS2 rifles have no aim-down-sights at all. You pre-aim head height, counter-strafe to a full stop, and click.
Keep the converted number and spend your first weeks on crosshair placement and spray patterns instead of touching the slider. If something still feels off after a week of matches, adjust in 5% steps and re-check your cm/360 above.
